DOBIDOBI Refund Policy

Refund Policy

This policy explains how to request a refund for paid DOBIDOBI services, how we review requests, and how approved refunds are returned.

1. Digital service and delivery

DOBIDOBI provides digital AI image and video creation services, including one-time DOBI coin purchases and subscriptions. No physical goods are shipped. The product, price, currency, delivery method, and any renewal terms are shown before you place an order.

2. When a refund may be available

You may ask us to review a refund request if you were charged more than once for the same order, did not authorize a charge, were charged but the purchased service or DOBI coins were not delivered because of a DOBIDOBI technical failure, or have a refund right under applicable law. A request is not an automatic refund; we review the order, account activity, delivery record, and applicable legal rights.

3. Services already delivered or used

DOBI coins, subscriptions, and generated outputs are digital services. Where paid services have been delivered or materially used, they are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where we confirm a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, or DOBIDOBI delivery failure. This policy does not limit any statutory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights that apply to you.

4. Subscriptions and cancellation

You can turn off future auto-renewal from the subscription management path. Cancellation stops a future renewal and does not automatically refund the current paid period. Purchases billed through Apple are also subject to Apple's purchase and refund process.

5. How to request a refund

Email customer support promptly after you notice the issue. Include the email address used for your DOBIDOBI account, order or payment reference, purchase date, amount and currency, and a short explanation. Do not send full card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

6. Review and refund method

We normally acknowledge support requests within 2 business days. If we need more information, we will tell you what is needed. When a refund is approved, we send it back to the original payment method whenever possible. The time for the payment provider or your bank to show the refund can vary by payment method and location.

7. Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, you may also contact your payment provider. We encourage you to contact us first so that we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
