These terms explain the rules for using DOBIDOBI, an AI visual creation service provided by AETHER VISION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DOBIDOBI, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
DOBIDOBI provides AI-assisted image and video creation tools for fashion, product, advertising, and related visual workflows. Features may include uploading source materials, entering prompts, generating visual outputs, managing projects, and purchasing usage DOBI coins or subscriptions.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate account and contact information and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
4. User Content and Generated Results
You must own or have all permissions, licenses, consents, and other rights needed to upload and use photos, videos, prompts, reference materials, faces, voices, names, likenesses, trademarks, logos, designs, copyrighted works, and other content. You may not remove or obscure ownership notices or falsely imply authorization, sponsorship, endorsement, or ownership. You retain your rights in submitted content. Subject to applicable law and third-party model or platform restrictions, generated results are provided for your use according to your selected plan and these terms.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Paid features may be offered through DOBI coins, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Prices, currency, renewal rules, cancellation paths, digital delivery, and available refund handling are disclosed before purchase or on the relevant billing pages. Transactions on dobidobi.ai are processed for AETHER VISION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED. Payment information is processed by payment providers, and DOBIDOBI does not store full card numbers.
6. Apple Standard EULA
For iOS in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to violate laws; infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, or other rights; impersonate, defame, harass, exploit, or deceive another person; or create or upload pornographic or sexually explicit content, sexual exploitation or abuse, any sexualized content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, graphic violence, hateful or discriminatory content, illegal goods or activity, malicious deepfakes, or other unlawful or harmful material. You may not attack the service, bypass safety controls, or use the service in a way that violates applicable model or platform rules.
8. Content Enforcement and Reports
We may refuse to process, restrict access to, remove, or preserve evidence of content that violates these terms, and may limit, suspend, or terminate related accounts as permitted by law. Rights holders and affected persons may report suspected infringement, unauthorized use of a name or likeness, sexual exploitation, or other prohibited content through Customer Support. A report should identify the content, explain the legal or factual basis, include the reporter's contact information and supporting evidence, and confirm that the report is made in good faith. We may request additional information, notify the affected account when appropriate, and process valid removal requests in accordance with applicable law.
9. Service Availability and Changes
We work to keep the service reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, network conditions, cloud services, AI model providers, or other factors. We may update, suspend, or change features when needed to improve the product, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a specific use. You are responsible for reviewing generated results before publishing or commercial use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and our liability is limited to the amount permitted by applicable law.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and transactions processed by AETHER VISION TECHNOLOGY LIMITED are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The courts of Hong Kong have non-exclusive jurisdiction. Where applicable law gives you mandatory consumer protection rights in your country or region of residence, nothing in these Terms removes those rights.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms when the service, legal requirements, or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with the updated date.
