These terms explain the rules for using DOBIDOBI, an AI visual creation service provided by Hangzhou Wanhui Qianyu Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Service Description
DOBIDOBI provides AI-assisted image and video creation tools for fashion, product, advertising, and related visual workflows. Features may include uploading source materials, entering prompts, generating visual outputs, managing projects, and purchasing usage DOBI coins or subscriptions.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate account and contact information and notify us if you believe your account has been used without permission.
4. User Content and Generated Results
You must have the necessary rights to upload photos, videos, prompts, reference materials, and other content. You retain your rights in your submitted content. Subject to applicable law and third-party model or platform restrictions, generated results are provided for your use according to your selected plan and these terms.
5. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Paid features may be offered through DOBI coins, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. Prices, renewal rules, cancellation paths, and available refund handling are disclosed at purchase or on the relevant billing pages. Payment information is processed by payment providers, and DOBIDOBI does not store full card numbers.
6. Apple Standard EULA
For iOS in-app purchases and auto-renewable subscriptions, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, impersonate others, upload unlawful or harmful material, attack the service, bypass security controls, or create content that violates applicable platform rules.
