AI Visual Creation Service Home

The subscription review pages are now aligned with the production domain.

This page set publishes the membership overview, benefits, pricing, auto-renew rules, and cancellation path. Reviewers and users can access every page directly without logging in.

Service Summary

Merchant review usually focuses on the product form, delivery method, billing cycle, and the ongoing benefits users receive after subscribing.

Monthly subscription

Membership is billed by month or the plan-defined monthly cycle, and users keep the corresponding benefits throughout the active period.

Digital delivery

Benefits are delivered and recognized through the user account on-site. No offline redemption or manual card issuance is required.

For creative teams

Designed for designers, brands, and teams that need stable access to AI image, video, and project-management capabilities.

Public billing rules

Pricing, auto-renew rules, and cancellation rules are published through permanent public pages.

1

Membership status is granted after purchase

Once payment succeeds, the system writes the selected plan and validity period into the user account.

2

Monthly benefits are granted by plan

The platform grants the plan-specific monthly DOBI coins, quotas, and access scope for the current cycle.

3

Benefits remain usable during the active period

Users can continue to use the activated subscription benefits and on-site services until the current period ends.

4

Status changes by rule after expiry or cancellation

After auto-renew is turned off, current-cycle benefits remain unchanged until expiry; after that the account stops renewing or returns to a non-subscription state by rule.

Benefit Scope

Different plans provide different levels of monthly DOBI coins, project capacity, concurrency, watermark rules, Director Board access, and related benefits.

Monthly DOBI coins and AI quota

Monthly DOBI coins are granted according to plan tier and can be used across image, video, and related AI features.

Project and asset capacity

Plans define different project limits, storage capacity, and the ability to revisit historical materials and outputs.

Generation and output rights

Different plans can include different levels of concurrency, export scope, watermark removal, Director Board access, and feature access.

Account continuity and service rules

During an active subscription period, account status remains valid and renewal, cancellation, and order status follow the published rules.

Billing and order records

After payment succeeds, users can review order results on-site. Invoice processing follows the published rules when invoice capability is available.

Pricing

Plan prices, monthly DOBI coins, and notes are published on the pricing page and kept aligned with production.

Renewal rules

After enabling continuous monthly renewal, the user is understood to authorize the platform to initiate the next-cycle charge around the end of each renewal period.

1

Billing cycle

Subscriptions renew continuously by natural month or the monthly cycle defined by the plan.

2

Charge timing

The system may initiate the next-cycle charge around the end of the current billing period, based on the final bill timestamp.

3

User authorization

Users must explicitly confirm the auto-renew authorization when activating recurring monthly billing.

4

Charge failure

If a charge fails, the system may retry within a reasonable time. If it still fails, the subscription stops renewing after the current cycle ends.

5

Price adjustments

If the renewal price changes later, users will be informed before the next charge through the published page or order confirmation flow.

6

Turning off renewal

Users can stop the next-cycle auto-renew before the current cycle ends by following the published cancellation path.

7

Effective timing

After auto-renew is turned off, the already-paid current cycle remains valid until expiry, and no further renewal will be charged after that.

8

Bills and records

Users can review order information on-site, and invoice processing follows the published rules when invoice support is available.

On-site path

Cancellation only stops future automatic renewal. It does not interrupt the membership service that has already been paid for in the current cycle.

1

Sign in with the account that has the active subscription.

2

Open the account menu

Open the avatar menu or account page and enter “Manage Subscription.”

3

Turn off auto-renew

Choose the option to stop auto-renew in the subscription management area and confirm the action.

4

Review the result

The system shows the end date of the current cycle, and the already-paid benefits remain active until then.

5

Contact support if manual help is needed

If the self-service entry is unavailable or the account cannot complete the operation, contact a13518831664@gmail.com.

When cancellation takes effect

The current system only supports cancel-at-expiry and does not interrupt the already-paid current cycle.

After auto-renew is turned off, the user can continue using the active membership benefits until the end date.

No further renewal charge is initiated after expiry, and the account returns to a non-subscription state by rule.
